a/ name of the team

b/ name of each member of the team and faculty

c/ name and e-mail on the captain of the team

Floorball tournament /3+1/ teams

Game:

Game system depends on a number of enroled teams.

Participants:

Students and employees of our university enroled in time /only complete teams are taken/.

Notes:

teams 3+1,

- women in teams are more than welcome

- there are no limits in ratio of women/men in team

- each participant can play only for one team

- goalkeeper has to have own gear
