a/ name of the team

b/ name of each member of the team and faculty

c/ name and e-mail on the captain of the team

Schedule:

floorball tournament / 3+1/ teams

Game:

Game system depends on number of enroled teams

Participants:

students and employees CU enroled in time/ only complete teams /

Notes:

teams 3+1,

- women in teams are more than welcome

- there are no limits in ratio of women/men in team

- each participant can play only for one team

- goalkeeper has to have its own gear
