Schedule:

100 m position race (women, men)

50 m stamina race (25m chasing the puck under water, 25m with holding the puck above the water - women, men)

Relay all-around (4 x 25 m swimming - changing t-shirt, 4 x 25 m with equipment - huge balon, 4 x 25 m on the big board) - there has to be at least two women in each team and enroled team for relay all-around has to do all parts of the relay!
