Program:

Two-hour paddleboard lesson. Proper paddling technique. Paddleboarding on the Vltava river.

Note:

There will be two sessions during the morning 9.00 - 10.30h and 11.00 - 12.30h. Remember to indicate which lesson you are applying for (subject of mail RSD26_1 / RSD26_2). Bring clothes that can get wet, towel.
