Program:

Two-hour paddleboard lesson. Proper paddling technique. Paddleboarding on the Hostivařská dam.

Note:

There will be two sessions during the morning 9.00 - 10.30h and 11.00 - 12.30h. Remember to indicate which lesson you are applying for (subject of mail RSD25_1 / RSD25_2). Bring clothes that can get wet, towel. Details will be sent to those who have registered by email.
